Eddie is involved with the Chamber of Glendale Heights and was with the Marine Corps for 4 years. After the Marine Corps, Eddie worked with another State Farm agent for 5 years before starting his own agency in 2022. The office has a friendly, always-growing, work-hard play-hard vibe and everyone works as a team.
Speaking of the team, we have 6 team members that are close and family-oriented. Time management, tech savviness, and a confident, positive attitude are important factors in order to be successful in the role. We offer a 401k, PTO, schedule flexibility, and growth opportunities.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Eddie Vargas - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
