ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Eddie is involved with the Chamber of Glendale Heights and was with the Marine Corps for 4 years. After the Marine Corps, Eddie worked with another State Farm agent for 5 years before starting his own agency in 2022. The office has a friendly, always-growing, work-hard play-hard vibe and everyone works as a team.
Speaking of the team, we have 6 team members that are close and family-oriented. Time management, tech savviness, and a confident, positive attitude are important factors in order to be successful in the role. We offer a 401k, PTO, schedule flexibility, and growth opportunities.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Eddie Vargas - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
